The first part (1) comprises a socket (10) or insertion in a channel formed in the thigh bone head, the socket being permanently fixed at an angle to a slide bone (11). The slide bone is stretched along the femur shaft and forms a slide part. The second part (2) includes a slide part which cooperates axially with the first part slide part. The second part has openings for receiving bone screws (5) which are fixed in the femur shaft. - The screw is arranged to be received by the socket (10) and screwed into the thigh bone head. The slide bone (11) lower end can freely pass the lower end of the second part (2) slide part and the slide bone in a transition area to the socket has a cross-section alteration which in a predetermined position prevents continued relative slide movement for the second part (2) slide part in the direction towards the socket (10). |
