<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in the stability of electrifying characteristic to temp. or humidity and having releasing property. CONSTITUTION:In the electrostatic charge image developing toner, an organopolysiloxane resin expressed by a general formula, (R<1>SiO3/2)m(R<1>2SiO2/2)no (in the formula, R<1> is substituted or nonsubstituted univalent hydrocarbon group, (m) is an integer, (n) is an integer), and having <=200 deg.C softening point or an aminoalkyl group bonded organopolysilxane resin expressed by a general formula, (R<2>SiO3/2)m(R<2>2SiO2/2)no (in the formula, R<2> is univalent hydrocarbon group or aminoalkyl group, (m) is an integer, (n) is an integer), and having <=200 deg.C softening point is contained.</p> |
