PURPOSE:To improve the operability by inputting a table position only once without composing a table of word processor ruled lines each time the size of pages is changed by generating the table by specifying table position information corresponding to the page size. CONSTITUTION:A user when generating the table through word processor software requesting position information on the table, whose vertical and horizontal rates to the page size are specified, of a table position information setting means 1 and then the specified table position information is set in a setting area 4. Further, when the page size is varied, the page size is specified and requested of a page size setting means 2, which sets the page size set by the user in a page size setting area 5. Then the user when composing the table of ruled lines requests that of a table generating means 3. The table generating means 3 which receives the request finds the coordinates of the left upper and right lower positions from the table position information set in the table position information setting area 5 and the page size set in the page size setting area 5 and generates this table in the table area 6. |
