PURPOSE:To widen the search range of a solution, find a solution which is close to an optimum solution, and also extracts a solution which is low in possibility. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic means 101 stores several solutions corresponding to an input as a stable balance point, generates a periodic vibration state and an unstable random state nearby the stable balance point, and also generates periodic vibration and an unstable random state when plural oscillation neurons are in internal state combination. Then a storage means 102 stores a time-series signal outputted from the arithmetic means 101 corresponding to an unstored input signal for a specific period and an analyzing means 103 analyzes the information stored in the storage means 102 and determines an output corresponding to the unstored input signal. |
