PURPOSE:To decide the point of a nursing charge only by designating the room number of a patient by relating a sickroom table and a hospital ward table with a hospital ward number as a key. CONSTITUTION:This machine for medical business to record the medical treatment contents of the patient and to output the detailed statement for medical fee is provided with information concerning respective sickrooms. That information is provided with the sickroom table having information for identifying hospital wards to which the respective sickrooms belong, and the hospital ward table related with information A for identifying the hospital ward provided with this sickroom table. The hospital ward table records information concerning a hospital ward block, nursing charge block and reference nursing block for each class of respective hospital wards. On the other hand, the point of the nursing charge is made different for each general housing floor of a general hospital ward, old people's housing floor of the general hospital ward, and tuberculosis hospital ward. However, the point of the nursing charge can be easily decided by utilizing a hospital ward number A and a sickroom number where the patient stays. |
