CONSTITUTION:A CPU 22, when receiving information such as the position information of radio terminal equipment MSS 60, etc., sent when the MSS 60 is restored from the reception disabled state to a receivable state, controls SW31 and connects the MSS 60 to an information delivery device IFG 34 via a radio line controller BSC 40 and radio base equipment BSE 51, and the IFG 34 reads out incoming call information relating to the MSS 60 from an incoming call information accumulation device MEM 35, and transmits the incoming call information in the period of reception disabled state to the MSS 60.
