<p>PURPOSE:To enable integral molding and to achieve cheap and simple manufacturing, by forming the sliding face of valve sleeve and valve rotor into conical face having the rotary axis as center while inclining the land section and groove section into conical face. CONSTITUTION:The rotary valve is equipped with a stub shaft 10 to be transmitted with steering input, where the valve rotor 14 is fixed to the stub shaft 10 and a valve sleeve 15 coupled to the warm shaft 12 is arranged at the outside. Here a rotary sliding faces 18 of said sleeve 14 and rotor 15 are formed into conical face having the axis of said shaft 10 as center. Then a land section 20 and groove section 21 are formed on outer circumferential conical face of rotor 14 while the bottom of groove section 21 is formed approximately in parallel with the center of rotation. The port section 23 formed on inner circumferential conical face of sleeve 15 is formed such that the bottom of groove is approximately in parallel with the axis.</p> |
