<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a color image forming method by which a color image with high transmissivity and without color impureness, a color image excellent in color reproducibility and a high-quality color image having gloss can be formed. CONSTITUTION:A color toner image is formed by using at least three or more kinds of capsule type color toner constituted of a core material consisting of a transparent resin particle, and an outer shell constituted by dispersing and containing thermal subliminate dystuff in thermoplastic resin, and transferred on a transfer body 1 constituted by providing a transparent resin layer 1' consisting of the thermoplastic resin on its surface. The color toner image 2 on the transfer body 1 is heated and melted to be fixed by a belt-like heating member 8a.</p> |
