PURPOSE:To quickely execute convergence at the time of divergence of an automatic equalizer by requesting a training signal to a master station, when the automatic equalizer becomes a divergent state, and executing reinitialization by the training signal from this master station. CONSTITUTION:In a slave station 2a, when equalization of an automatic equalizer 212 becomes a divergent state due to a characteristic variation of a transmission line 3, etc., a divergence detecting part 213 detects it, and a request signal generating part 214 generates a request signal. The request signal is inserted into a transmitting data signal and sent to a master station 1. In the master station 1, this request signal is extracted by a request signal extracting part 113, and a training signal sending-out part 112 generates a training signal, and transmits it to the slave station 2a side through a data transmitting part 111. The automatic equalizer 212 of the slave station 2a executes reinitialization of the equalizer by this training signal and converged the divergent state. |
