PURPOSE:To shorten the education time for a shop clerk and reduce misoperation and to improve customer service by instructing process operation that the shop clerk should do according to a customer and the state in the store to the shop clerk by image output and speech output. CONSTITUTION:This guidance device is provided with a detecting means 2 which detects the customer and the state in the store, a storage means 3 which stores the process operation to be done according to the customer and the state in the store, a read means 4 which reads the output of the detecting means 2 out of the process operation storage means 3, an image output means 5 which outputs the process operation read by the read means 4 as an image, and/or a speech output means 6 which outputs a speech. Thus, the process operation to be done is read out of the storage means 3 by the read means 4 according to the customer and the state in the store that the detecting means 2 detects and the process operation is outputted as the image or speech by the output means 5 or 6. Therefore, the shop clerk recognizes the process operation by the image output or speech output to perform the process operation corresponding to the customer and the state in the store. |
