<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and the power consumption of a transmission-reception module used in an electronic scan antenna and to miniaturize this module. CONSTITUTION:In the transmission-reception module provided with a transmission amplifier 1 which amplifies a transmission signal, a receiving amplifier 2 which amplifies the reflected reception signal from a target of the transmission signal, and a gain control circuit 31 which generates gain control signals to control the magnitudes of the transmission signal and the reception signal, one gain control circuit 31 generates the gain control signal for controlling the magnitude of the transmission signal and that for controlling the magnitude of the reception signal in time division to generate them at the time of transmission and at the time of reception respectively.</p> |
