<p>PURPOSE:To enable a scan exposing system by light sources, such as argon laser, helium neon laser and semiconductor laser to be adopted, by preventing the crazing occurring in an electrophotographic sensitive body and using the high-sensitivity electrophotographic sensitive body in production of the color filters by utilizing an electrophotographic method. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the nonphotosensitive layer 23 of a substrate having the dielectric nonphotosensitive layer having no absorption in a visible light region on a conductive supporting base having no absorption in the visible light region and the photosensitive surface of the electrophotographic sensitive body are disposed to face each other. While a DC voltage is held impressed between both of the conductive layers 12 by a DC power source, exposing is executed from either of the light transmissive sides to form an electrostatic latent image on the nonphotosensitive layer of the substrate 21; thereafter, the conductive base is immersed into an electrophotographic developer prepd. by dispersing colored resins into a carrier liquid to form desired color patterns, by which the color filters are produced.</p> |
