PURPOSE:To provide the heater for temp. control which can uniformly control various panel-like objects to desired temps. CONSTITUTION:This heater is constituted by successively laminating plural striped first transparent electrodes X1, X2,..., Xm, a resistance layer H having prescribed resistivity and plural striped second transparent electrodes Y1, Y2,... Yn intersecting with the first transparent electrodes X1, X2,..., Xm on a base material surface 100. The parts Hid (j=1,..., m; j=1,..., n) corresponding to the intersected points of the first transparent electrodes X1, X2,..., Xm and the second electrodes Y1, Y2,..., Yn generate heat. |
