PURPOSE:To evade a decrease in characteristics, etc., due to an error in the setting of control constants by dynamically varying the control constants according to an operation state. CONSTITUTION:A control constant determining means 15 varies respective variably set control constants according to the kinds of deviations DELTAomegae, DELTAIt, and DELTAIm regarding respective controlled variable adjusting means 2, 3, 8, and 9 which affect the respective control constants and the relation (influence degree matrix M) among their degrees of influence, so the control constants can be set dynamically and properly according to the operation state, thereby evading the decrease in characteristics, etc., due to the error in the setting of the control constants. |
