摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a low energy consumption type photoelectric sensor which is compact and stablizes the performance by using a CMOS for the oscillation circuit of the photoelectric sensor, arranges a constant current circuit and operating the CMOS with an oscillation maintaining current. CONSTITUTION:Concerning an oscillation circuit 10 composed of the CMOS for detecting human bodies and objects, a voltage Vcc 2 to be set based on an oscillation maintaining current 1h is supplied through a constant current circuit 11 to an oscillation part 12. This oscillation part 12 is composed of a CMOS inverter 13, crystal oscillator 14, capacitors C1 15, C2 16 and C3 18, and oscillating hole 17. Since the constant current circuit 11 is arranged in the oscillation circuit of the photoelectric sensor and the CMOS inverter 13 is operated by the oscillation maintaining current 1H, the CMOS can be operated by the oscillation maintaining current 1h of each CMOS inverter 13 completely regardless of dispersion in the operating voltage of the CMOS inverter 13. Further, the energy consumption can be reduced about 1/20 in comparison with the sensor to operate the CMOS by using a conventional constant voltage.</p>
