PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for giving a transfer instruction from an external part at every time for transferring a file. CONSTITUTION:At the time of transmission, a transfer data processing part 4 stores/registers all data for the respective records of a transmission file 5 and management data in a transfer data storage processing part 3, and a data transmission processing part 1 does all data of the respective records of reception data and management data at the time of reception. When an event control processing part 2 detects that a data state in registered management data becomes a transmission possible state or a reception completment state, it indicates the transmission of data to the data transmission processing part 1 or the storage of data into a reception file 6 to the transfer data processing part 4.
