PURPOSE: To enable circuit integration of circuit and reduction in power consumption. CONSTITUTION: This controlled oscillator has a delay chain, consisting of a plurality of delay lines coupled serially, an output of the delay chain is fed back to each delay line a feedback input, each delay line is made up of an inverter (FET switches 31, 32 and 33, 34), the delay time delivered from the inverter is controlled by a voltage-controlled resistor means 35, 36, a length of the delay chain is controlled by a selection controls means, which controls the operating frequency range of the oscillator. |
