PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic equipment which is small in size and stable in inductance by a method wherein the drum of a bobbin is demarcated and wound with a lead wire so as to set a space where a wire is not wound between adjacent coils larger than a gap between center legs and to position a space between adjacent coils at the gap between the center legs. CONSTITUTION:Center flanges 31 are formed on the winding drum 22 of a cylindrical coil bobbin 16 nearly in parallel with end flanges 23 formed on both the ends of the bobbin 16, and winding parts 32 are formed by demarcation in the axial direction of the winding drum 22. A winding wire 34 insulated by coating is wound on the winding parts 32 respectively to form a primary winding 14 and a second winding 15. A space between the adjacent windings 14 and 15 is set larger than the width of a gap between the center legs 42 of a core 43 inserted confronting the insertion hole of the coil bobbin 16. The windings 14 and 15 are so formed as to position a space between them at a gap between the center legs 42.
