<p>PURPOSE:To lessen a process of manufacturing a rotary transformer in man- hours by a method wherein a coil and a coil lead are separately formed, the lead and a connection terminal to another circuit are formed direct on a rotary transformer core, the coil is provided to the core, and the terminal of the coil and the lead on the core are connected together by reflow or cream solder. CONSTITUTION:A ring-like groove 2 where a coil 6 is provided is formed on a rotary transformer core 1, an insulated electric wire is wound in spiral on the core 1 by a required number of turns, and a terminal 7 is provided to both the winding starting end and the winding terminating end of the circumference of the spiral coil respectively after an insulating film is removed off from the electric wire. Then, the coil 6 provided in the ring-like groove 2 of the core 1, a lead 3 electrically connected to the terminal 7 of the coil 6 to lead it from a coil-provided surface to another surface, and a connecting terminal 5 electrically connected to the lead 3 to the other circuit are provided to the core 1 as a conductor pattern. By this setup, a rotary transformer can be easily formed, and a process of manufacturing the rotary transformer can be lessened in man- hours.</p> |
