<p>PURPOSE:To enable a noiseless transformer to be lessened in size, weight, and cost and improved in workability keeping it high in performance by a method wherein an input coil and an output coil are separately formed into doughnuts, an electrostatic shield of conductive material is provided to all the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the input and the output coil, and the coils are separately mounted on a core. CONSTITUTION:An input coil 1 and an output coil 2 where a core 4 is inserted in their inner empty spaces are separately formed into doughnuts. An electrostatic shield 3 of electrically conductive material in the same electromagnetic direction as the core 4 inserted into the inner empty spaces of the coils 1 and 2 is provided to all the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the coils 1 and 2. The coils 1 and 2 are separately mounted on the core 4. By this setup, elecrostatic shielding can be performed on to a noiseless transformer of this design by winding a metal foil tape, which can not be actually performed onto a conventional square coil, and a metal foil tape can be easily and mechanically wound excellent in workability.</p> |
