<p>PURPOSE:To improve the delivery efficiency by providing a recording medium for transmitting operation plan data from a vehicle running data analyzing means to an external input/output means and a display means for displaying its operation plan data with the external input/output means. CONSTITUTION:This recorder is constituted of a vehicle operation data input device 10 loaded on a vehicle being a vehicle operation data input means, an electronic notebook 20 for which a driver has with him, being an external input/output device, and a vehicle operation data analyzing device 30 installed in an office. In the electronic notebook 20, a controller 21, a keyboard 22, and a display 23 being a display means are provided and also, an IC card 24 being a recording medium for transmitting operation plan data from the vehicle operation data analyzing device 30 to the electronic notebook 20 is provided so as to be freely attachable/detachable. When the driver inserts the IC card 24 into the electronic notebook 20 and turns on a power source and operates the keyboard 22, an operation plane data display and an operation schedule display are displayed on the display 23.</p> |
