摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a customer to understand an operating method early and improve the operation rate of a device by visually explaining the operating method over a conversation associatively with a window device when the custom er is at a loss in operation. CONSTITUTION:When the customer is at a loss in operation, the customer operates a key, etc., for association with the window device (teller terminal) and then a halfway screen of a transaction and the appearance of the customer are displayed on the display on the window device side; and the appearance of a teller is displayed on a customer-side transaction screen on a multiwindow basis. Then the teller interactively explains the operating method through both speech input/output mechanisms 16 and 23 to make the customer perform transaction operation and the customer quickly understands the method, so that the operation rate of the device is improved. Further, data are sent to the customer screen from the data input mechanism 26 (keyboard, mouse, etc.) on the window device side when judged by the teller to be necessary, and part of a customer-side operation guidance is pointed out with a cursor, an arrow, etc., as an auxiliary means for the explanation.
