PURPOSE:To apply the system, which generates a spread spectrum where a carrier wave is suppressed, to various spread spectrum modulation/demodulation systems. CONSTITUTION:A spectrum spread modulator 1 takes an information signal as the input and outputs a clock signal, which is used for generation of a spread code, and a spread modulated signal. A high frequency switch 5 for the carrier wave from a local oscillator 7 is turned on/off by the spread modulated signal to transmit a signal where the polarity of the carrier wave of the spread modulated signal is successively inverted. A base band spread signal is reproduced from the transmitted signal through a detector 14 and is inputted to a spectrum spread demodulator 16 to demodulate the information signal. |
