<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory image quality by setting separately an offset voltage to an optimal voltage in each of a write time and a non-write time, and varying it in accordance with a temperature. CONSTITUTION:As for a positive side characteristic of an asymmetrical voltage- current characteristic of a non-linear resistance element, in a curve A for showing a characteristic at the time of 25 deg.C, and a curve M of 40 deg.C, a current value corresponding to the same voltage is different in accordance with a temperature. Moreover, in a negative side characteristic, as well, in a curve B for showing a characteristic at the time of 25 deg.C, and a curve N of 40 deg.C, a current value corresponding to the same voltage is different. A middle point of a voltage of the positive side and the negative side corresponding to an ON current of the non-linear resistance element at a write time determined from a dividing voltage corresponds to P3 in the case of C, and an offset voltage becomes Voff3. Also, in the case of 40 deg.C, the middle point of the voltage of the positive side and the negative side corresponding to the ON current corresponds to P5, and the offset voltage becomes Voff5. Accordingly, the offset voltage Voff3 and Voff5 at temperatures of 25 deg.C and 40 deg.C are not equal to each other.</p> |
