<p>PURPOSE: To downsize a capacitor by causing deposit coating an electrolytic sheet to contain aluminum in an oxide form by a specific ratio or more, and causing aggregation substances to constitute an alumina porous matrix. CONSTITUTION: The electrode sheet of an electrolytic capacitor formed by coating one face or both faces of electric conductive board by deposit mainly containing aluminum of 100 to 10000nm thick through deposition-condensation. The deposit contains 50% or more of aluminum in an oxide from, and is composed of particle aggregation substances. The aggregation substances constitute a porous matrix of aluminum oxide containing metal aluminum microcrystals arranged in particles at random. Thereby, since complete penetration of electrolyte is possible, all developing surface area is used so that large capacity and large aging performance stability can be obtained.</p> |
