PURPOSE:To provide the title magnetic pickup coil having both shape and coil characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A linear trench 6A is formed on an insulation structured body 2A having electric insulating properties by an optical method such as laser beam irradiation step etc., and then a superconductor 7A e.g. niobium etc., is formed in a thin layer state. Next, a constantly conductive material e.g. Au etc., is to be formed on the superconductor 7A between a coil part and a wiring part as well as between the wiring part and an electrode to be superconductively connected. |
