The circuit includes a current detection amplifying unit (170) for detecting the voltage which is proportional to the current into the motor (140), the 1st, 2nd speed amplifying units (180), (200) for detecting the voltage which is proportional to the speed of the motor, an integrator (190) for integrating the ouputs of the current detection amplifying unit (170) and the 1st speed amplifying unit (180), a load disturbance torque detection unit (210) for adding the outputs of the integrator and the 2nd speed amplifying unit (200), and a gain amplifying unit (220) for driving the motor control signal by inverting the ouput of the load disturbance torque detection unit (210).
