<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the trend of analog input signals on an optional time base and graphically display them as plural measured signals in a long time by setting specific display conditions after slash A/D conversion by operating a parameter input part. CONSTITUTION:Over a look at a parameter display at a display part 16, the specific parameters are set at respective parts by operating the parameter input part 15. Then a measuring part 11 converts plural analog input signals including a measured signal PV to be controlled into digital signals according to the measuring conditions and stores the digital signals in a memory 13. A signal generation part 14 generates an operation signal MV according to the the measured signal PV of a controlled system 2 applied through the measuring part 11 and the signal generation condition of the temperature setting signal SV, PID arithmetic parameters, etc., of a heater 4 of a controlled system 2 which are set through the parameter input part 15. The signal generation part 14 drives and controls the heater 4 of the control system 2 based on the operation signal MV.</p> |
