<p>PURPOSE:To realize a device of manufacturing a board which is uniform in density throughout its surface after green sheets are bonded by pressure by a method wherein a constraining force is set movable toward a bottom force attendant on the movement of a top force by pressure. CONSTITUTION:Green sheets 1 where conductor patterns have been printed are placed in lamination on a bottom force 3. A top force 2 is brought into contact with the uppermost green sheet and presses the laminated green sheets 1 against the bottom force 3. The inner walls of constraining forces 4 are brought into contact with the periphery of the top force 2 to restrain the green sheets 1 from protruding out of the periphery of the top force 2, and the constraining forces 4 are supported movable in the pressing direction of the top force 2. A heater 6 is provided inside the bottom force 3. By this setup, the constraining force 4 moves downward as the top force 2 moves downward applying a pressure, so that a frictional force does not act between the periphery of the green sheets and the inner wall of the constraining force 4. Therefore, a ceramic board is uniform in density throughout its surface and free from density gradient in its thicknesswise direction.</p> |
