摘要 |
PURPOSE:To automatically switch a satellite communication channel in which a congestion is generated to the other satellite channel without disconnecting the satellite channel used by a slave satellite communication earth station, in a star type satellite communication network using a random access system. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the congestion of the satellite channel a satellite access controller management process 11 receives a congestion information 7 transmitted to a satellite network controller 12, and discriminates a slave satellite communication earth station 4n whose traffic amounts are high among satellite communication earth stations 4a-4n using a satellite communication channel 2a from which the congestion information 7 is transmitted. Then, an on-line channel switching command 10 is outputted, and the satellite communication channel 2a is switched to a satellite communication channel 2b whose traffic amounts are low. |
