PURPOSE:To perform operational explanation in voice at a desired timing. CONSTITUTION:A display part 28 in an input part 18 is a touch panel and the various kinds of input are performed by touching a display. For instance, the setting of a destination and the memorizing of a prescribed location, etc., can be performed by touching the display of the display part 28. Since the input performed while touching the display is different at every display screen, there are cases that an input method is not known. Therefore, the operational explanation is performed in the voice. Especially, only when no input is performed even after the lapse of a prescribed time (7 seconds, for instance) in the state of waiting for the input, the operational explanation in the voice 15 performed. Thus, even when an experienced person is operating a device, the operational explanation in the voice can be prevented from being felt as troublesome. |
