RELIEF PRODUCING PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin capsule excellent in cleaning and dissolving properties when a stamping original plate is produced and excellent in mechanical strength when a matrix is produced by using a specified photosensitive resin composition contg. an unsaturated polyester-urethane prepolymer. CONSTITUTION:The prepolymer is an unsaturated polyester urethane having a carboxyl group or its derivative at one end and a (meth)acryloyl group at the other end through a urethane coupling. A double bond is introduced with the unsaturated polyester by using an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid at a part of the dicarboxylic acid component, and the double bond concn. is adjusted to 10<-4>-10<-2>mol/g based on the unsaturated polyester. The ratio of the (meth) acryloyl group at the end of the unsaturated polyester to the carboxyl group or its derivative is controlled to 0.5-1.5. The number average mol.wt. is adjusted to 3000-10000 expressed in terms of polystyrene.
