PURPOSE:To stably receive transmission signals for which energy dispersion signals are superimposed, frequency-modulated and transmitted with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The energy dispersion removal signal of an opposite phase is generated corresponding to the amplitude level of the energy dispersion signal superimposed on the transmission signal at a signal generation means 12 and is added to a reception signal S1 for which the transmission signal is frequency- demodulated at a signal addition means 11. A second reception signal for which energy dispersion signal components are removed is controlled so that the amplitude level is constant at amplifier means 14, 17, 18 and 21 and is transmitted while being clamped to a fixed level. Further, during the period when the intermediate value of the second reception signal can not be detected from the start of reception, the intermediate level corresponding to the positive and negative peak values of the second reception signal is clamped to the fixed level and also the intermediate value of the second reception signal is clamped to the fixed level from the point of time when the intermediate value is detected.
