PURPOSE:To improve an operation rate of the device and a customer service, and to reduce a window work by constituting the automatic transaction device so that it can be operated isolatedly as a transfer slip issuing machine without interlocking a transfer work and a transfer slip issuing work. CONSTITUTION:A main control part 20 always monitors a state of a transfer slip issuing part 33, a transmission control part 21, a slip/card part 24, etc., and decides whether it is allowed to issue a transfer slip of not. When it is allowed to issue the transfer slip, functions (money receiving/ paying, entry, and transfer functions) which go down are stopped successively, and a '2. balance inquiry ' key and a '6. transfer slip issue' key are displayed on a screen of an operation/display part 22. In such a way, when/a fault occurs in the slip/ card part 24, a bankbook printing part 25, a paper money receiving/paying part 26, a coin receiving/paying part 27, and an internal operating panel part 28, the transfer slip issuing part 33, etc., are checked and when the transfer slip can be issued, an inoperable part is allowed to degenerate stepwise by a degeneration operation control part 32 without suspending a transaction of the whole device, and the automatic transaction device is operated as it is as a transfer slip issuing machine. |
