<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the whole system from being stopped by mistake by a monitoring microprocessor by using the monitoring processor consisting of a sampling stage, a 1st abnormality judgement stage, a 2nd abnormality judgement stage, and a stop signal output stage. CONSTITUTION:When it is judged at the 2nd abnormality judgement stage 202 that abnormality occurs, an abnormality flag inspection stage 205 for judging whether or not an abnormality flag which should be set by an abnormality flag stage 206 is set is executed. When it is judged that the abnormality flag is not set, the stop signal output stage 207 is not executed and only when it is judged that the abnormality flag is set, the stop signal output stage 207 is executed. Even if system abnormality is judged in the 2nd abnormality stage judgement stage 202, the system is not stopped unless it the system abnormality is judged in the 1st abnormality judgement stage 201 to prevent the whole system from being stopped owing to accidental cause such as an external noise.</p> |
