<p>PURPOSE:To prevent grounding and shortcircuit effectively by easily coating an arm, an insulator and the like when electric distribution work is carried out under a hot-line condition. CONSTITUTION:Insulating sheets 5, 7 made of soft resin, are layered from both sides on a molded material 3 made of hard resin and formed into a chute shape having an arc-shape cross section. One deformed part 1b is folded into a chute- shape part 1a and the chute-shape part 1a is engaged with an arm and the like. The other chute-shape part 1c is wound from below the arm and the like, while surface fasteners 15, 17, 19 are connected to a surface fastener 35 to mask a cylindrical form. Grounding and shortcircuit are prevented by coating the entire circumference of the arm and the like by an insulating material. A coating material 1 is prevented from being slid down by the engagement between the chute-shape part 1a and the arm and the like, during fitting work and after the fitting, and the fitting is facilitated by a pair of insulating pliers.</p> |
