PURPOSE:To provide a microwave amplifier having flat frequency characteristics over a wide band. CONSTITUTION:An output side matching circuit 34 is connected through an inductor 32 composed of a metal wire to the drain of a field effect transistor 30 whose source is grounded and an input side matching circuit 38 is connected through an inductor 36 composed of a metal wire to the gate of the transistor 30. The serial circuit 40 of a capacitor 42 and an inductor 44 is formed on this input side matching circuit 38 and connected among a junction 39 of the input side matching circuit 38 and the inductor 36 and a reference potential point. |
