PURPOSE:To enable a rotary head to be lessened in size and weight and to mount an electronic part on a board at a high speed by a method wherein an erroneous pick-up detection section is lessened in size. CONSTITUTION:An erroneous pick-up detection section 15 is composed of a light source 16, a mirror 17, and a camera 19, the light source 16 and the mirror 17 small in installation space are arranged under a rotary head 1, and the camera 19 large in installation space is arranged on the side of the rotary head 1 where room is enough. A half mirror 18 is arranged between the light source 16 and the mirror 17, and the reflected light from the half mirror 17 is made to impinge on the camera 19 to enable 21 nozzle 3 and a chip P to be observed. |
