PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacture line which enables early delivery and stock reduction by statistically controlling variation in order quantity by the kinds of articles and determining a planned production quantity. CONSTITUTION:The system controller consists of a lot control part 1 which performs concentrated control over resident lots, measurement parts 2 which are dispersedly arranged corresponding to all the lots resident on the manufacture line, a lot information storage part 3 which stores control information on the resident lots, a kind information storage part 4, a process information storage part 5, a device information storage part 6, a request information control part 7, a request information storage part 8, a customer interface part 9, a timer part 10, and a sorting control part 11, and all blocks except the measurement parts 2 are concentrically installed each by one. Then when an order quantity exceeds the quantity of articles which can be supplied by the manufacture line, a deficiency is reported to the manufacture line side, and the supply of deficient articles to a request source is periodically pressed for; and the supply of excessive articles to the request source is canceled, and the variation in order quantity by the kinds of articles is statistically controlled to determine the planned production quantity. Therefore, customer expansion and operation cost saving are enabled. |
