PURPOSE:To improve the preservation of customer information and the processing speed by providing a customer information file, an account state inspecting function, an account state updating function, and a canceled information storing function which stores information whose transfer is canceled. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with the customer information file 1-1 which contains information on customers and information on accounts, the account state inspecting function 1-2 which inspects the information on one customer and the account, the account state updating function 1-3 which alters the information on the customer and account, and the canceled information storing function 1-4 which stores the information whose transfer is canceled. The adequacy of an account record an object of account cancellation is inspected by using the account state inspecting function 1-2 and a transfer completion bit in the account record is updated. Then the account record updated by using the canceled information storing function 1-4 is rewritten in the data bases at a source bank and a destination bank respectively. A transaction record where the cancellation of transfer is recorded is stored at the source bank and destination bank. |
