摘要

PURPOSE:To enable the operation of the tile superconductive magnet device to be maintained for a long time without enlarging the whole body thereof even if the liquid level of a refrigerant is tilted or any abnormality is shown in a part of a superconductive coil. CONSTITUTION:Within the title superconductive magnet device, a tank 22 is separated into multiple cells 22a respectively communicated with a coil inner vessels 21 and a common space 22b located above these cells 22a to be communicated with respective cells 22a and then the coil inner vessels 21 and the tank 22 communicate with one another by the refrigerant feeding pipes 25 opened in the parts near the bottom inside the cells 22a and the gas discharging pipes 26 opened in the refrigerant gas 8 part inside the common space 22b.
