<p>A peptide having the amino acid sequence containing at least four residues of an amino acid having a guanidino or amino group as the functional group, a derivative thereof, and a salt thereof. The peptide inhibits specifically the inhibition of urokinase-type plasminogen activators (uPA) by plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), and is useful for preventing and treating thrombosis, such as cerebral infarction, the reobstruction of the blood vessel after the reopening effected by a thrombolytic agent, and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).</p> |
