<p>A heat-sensitive recording material comprising a support, a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a color former and a color developer forming color by the contact with the color former formed on the support, an interlayer containing a water-soluble resin or a water-dispersible resin as the main component formed on the heat-sensitive recording layer, and an overcoat layer formed by forming a layer containing (1) a macromonomer having a polymerizable functional group at one terminal of the molecular chain, the main component of the segment being organopolysiloxane and (2) a resin capable of being cured by electron beams on the interlayer and curing the layer by the irradiation of electron beams.</p>
