摘要 A vacuum installation, in particular for recycling metallurgy, has at least one ejector in communication with a closed container, into which a metallurgical vessel to be pressurized may be introduced, as well as a second ejector connected in series through an intermediate condenser provided with a cooling water feeding pipe and a condensate draining pipe. An end condenser and a suction pump are connected in series to the second ejector. In order to allow large volumes of vacuum to be generated by an optimized process with a minimum of component elements, independently from climatic conditions, a controllable condensate distributing member (73) is arranged in the condensate draining pipe (34) of the intermediate condenser (31). One duct (33) of the condensate distributing member (73) is linked to the heat exchanger (41) and its other duct (36) is linked to the cooling water supply (37) of the end condenser (32).
