The multiple hose (13) is connected to a valve block (12) containing pilot controlled (14) selector valves (16). Holes (20) through the block form direct connections between the hose unions and the low-consumption consumer units. The valve block can be rectangular, with sockets (18) at the end faces into which the union nipples of the multiple hose plug. One lengthwise face of the block contains other sockets, in two rows one above the other, for the pressure and return pipes and the individual hoses (11) to the consumer units (9,10).
