The piston (12) is movable between a pulled out position in which the sleeve's (10) two opposite-facing, through-holes (16) and the piston's duct (28) are flush with each other so that the cord can be treated through, and a pressed-down position in which the cord is clamped between the edges of the holes (16) and the edges of the duct. The piston has a head (26) and a strut (12') beneath it. The sleeve has two opposite facing through-holes (20) and a pair of ledges (22) on the inside. The piston is locked in its pressed-down position inside the sleeve by two elastic arms (18) clipping together with the ledges. ADVANTAGE - The fitment fixes and adjusts the length of a cord used on clothing or pack by the cord easily and quickly threaded through holes.
