<p>Monoclonal antibodies which bind to the ganglioside IV3NeuAc, III6NeuAc-LcOse¿4?Cer (3',6'-isoLD1), are disclosed, along with methods of making the same and diagnostic and therapeutic methods of using the same. Particularly preferred are monoclonal antibodies which bind to a 3',6'-isoLD1 epitope selected from the group consisting of NeuAcα2-3Galβ1-3NeuAcα2-6GlcNAc and NeuGcα2-3Galβ1-3NeuGcα2-6GlcNAc.</p> |
