摘要 A torsional-vibration damper (3) is mounted on the clutch shaft, comprising a hub ring (4), around and clear of which in the radial direction is an inertia ring (5). The two are supported from each other by a spring component (6) of elastomer material. The hub ring turns on the clutch shaft (2) and in relation to it, and an auxiliary clutch (7) suppresses this relative movement. Both clutches are engaged and disengaged together by a common actuator, typically a hydraulic ram (9). ADVANTAGE - Interrupts torque transmission between damper and clutch shaft when changing gear, with consequent fast operation of synchromesh system and absence of overloading of the latter.
