PURPOSE:To produce a polyurethane sheet having a cushion property being partially different, by a method wherein different types of foaming materials poured into each section of a skin partitioned by partition walls is molded. CONSTITUTION:Flexible sheets are erected at a reverse surface of a skin 10 to form partition walls 11. The skin 10 is placed on a lower plastic mold 13 having suction ports 12. The skin 10 sucked is attached to an inner surface of the lower mold, the peripheral portion of the skin 10 and the partition walls being fastened on the lower mold. Different kinds of polyurethane foaming stock solutions 18 and 19 are poured into each section of the skin divided by the partition walls inside the lower mold, the stock solution being foam-molded by closing an upper mold. This permits the production of polyurethane sheet having a cushion property being partially different. |
