The air outlet, particularly of rail-type, has nozzles in the conduit floor discharging at an angle inclined to the vertical. The floor around the nozzles (4) is perforated at set intervals (a) and with a set surface area. The intervals can be between 1 and 6 mm., and the perforations can be of between 0.5 and 3 mm, diameter. ADVANTAGE - Minimises dirtying of ceiling.
